OBA-1000           1991-1998 WRANGLER with AC                                                                                        $175

The OBA-1000 was designed for the 1991-1998 YJ & TJ Wranglers with 2.5L and 4.0L engines that have factory AC.  These engines must have a serpentine belt and the factory style, direct mount AC compressor.

The kit will use any of our compressors and 25-501939-D clutch.  It will not work with a serpentine clutch.

Depending on your vehicle and its specs, you may have to trim the inner fender to clear the York compressor.    On TJ's, you will need to remove the factory air cleaner and replace it with a Turbo City or equivalent filter and                                                          air tube setup.

                                                      The core support rod above the factory AC compressor may need to be bent to clear the compressor.

                                                       2.5L TJ owners will need a 1" motor mount lift in order to get the compressor to clear the shock tower.

OBA-1550-5           1991-1995 YJ WRANGLER without AC                                                                                         $199

The OBA-1550-5 was designed for the 1991-1995 Wranglers without AC, this kit mounts the York compressor on top of the factory AC mount. 

2.5L owners can either stand the compressor up or lay it on its side.  4.0L owners must lay the compressor on its side unless there is enough hood clearance.

A serpentine clutch is needed (not included in the kit) to complete the installation.  Compressor EF210R and a serpentine clutch   25-513352 can be oredered separately.

This kit will not work with a V-groove clutch on the York.

                                         For non-AC vehicles with a 5 point drive system only.  If you have a 6 point pulley system, see OBA-1550-6

Some fender trimming is necessary for compressor clearance.

The factory air cleaner will need to be replaced with an aftermarket unit such as the K & N RU-0960 or equivalent.

The OBA-1950 was designed for 1999 Jeep Wranglers with 2.5L and 4.0L engines that do not have factory AC.  

These brackets are made with 1/4" and   3/16" steel and are laser cut to assure complete accuraccy and great looks.  

Our custom combo pulley is made on the latest CNC machines and are zinc plated to prevent rust.  

This kit is designed to use our EF210R compressor and 25-501939-D clutch.

This kit uses our EF210R (not Included) and 25-513352 serpentine clutch (not included) and a longer serpentine belt which is inlcuded.

The stock belt tensioner has been replaced with a manual belt tensioner system.  No squeaky belts!

The stock air box can be used, but it is a tight fit.

This kits fits the 4.0L engines only.  Will not work on the 2.5L engines.
